Shipping

-Ready to Ship items will be shipped 2-3 business days after payment has cleared

-please be sure to enter the correct address, we are not responsible for address errors

-you will receive a tracking email when package is ready to be shipped, please allow a few days for tracking details to update

-i do not currently ship internationally

-insurance and tracking are provided as a courtesy.

-If your order includes Ready to Ship and Made to Order items, we will send them 5-10 days after payment is cleared. If you would like to receive your ready to ship items before your made to order items, please make two separate orders

 

Processing time

-Ready to Ship orders

please allow 2-3 business days to process your order for shipping

-Made to Order

please allow 5-10 business days to craft your items and process for shipping

Returns & Exchanges

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve any issues that may arise

We gladly accept exchanges and returns

-contact us within 3 days of delivery

-ship items back within 7 days of delivery

*7 days after delivery we will not accept exchanges or returns

-customers are responsible for return shipping fees

-please get your ring size from a professional jeweler, we do not accept returns/refunds for sizing errors

-we will not be responsible for any wearing damage caused. Please be careful with your jewelry and make sure not to wear it at inappropriate times (rock climbing, gardening, sky diving, larping, lake days, snowboarding, bar fights, etc..) metal and rocks are strong but they are not safe from scratches and breakage.

-There are many different types of stones with different strengths, please look up how to properly care for the stone you are purchasing.

INFORMATION

If there is an item, stone or setting you love in the ready to ship section of our shop but not available in your size, please send us a message and we can see if there is anything similar in the works that we can make in your size. If this is the case, there will be a fee to “hold” the item. (due to it being handmade and to your specific size).

 

Have an idea? Great! I am open to ideas. If something comes to mind and I seem to be a good fit for you,  feel free to contact me and we can go over the details. I love hearing ideas, especially from you!

 

I try my absolute hardest to get ring sizing correct. Perfection can be hard to attain. Please allow a little bit of “wiggle” room.

 

I am so honored by anyone who wants to walk around the world adorned in my creations. If for some reason you are un-happy, please let us know immediately. I want every experience to have a positive outcome, and the only way for us to get there is with your feedback. Please come to us first and give us the opportunity to fix any problems before leaving negative feedback. We are dedicated to make sure that our creations are made with positive energies and we want that to carry through to the new owner.
